下载NODE的安装包，安装node, CMD命令下， node, npm 的版本信息显示都正错 运行 npm install 或 npm info understore 都是如下出错信息。 不知再怎么办好 用管理员身份开启 cmd也一样 难道遇此困扰的只我一人吗？
