npm clean cache 也是一样报错搜了一下也有同样的错误 https://github.com/npm/npm/issues/10184 https://github.com/npm/npm/issues/10057

he\grunt-htmlhint\0.9.9\package.tgz

解包的时候出错，删除这个文件，重新安装，有可能是下载的过程有错。可以安装cnpm后重试。
